All Baige The Label garments are made under fair conditions in a small family business in Bulgaria. All textile workers receive a wage that is above the mandatory minimum wage in Bulgaria. The wages of the textile workers are adjusted so that a single earning person can support a family of four with it. The company also pays overtime. 

Baìge the Label focuses on minimalist, timeless design; garments that can be perfectly combined with each other, high-quality and durable materials and fair and sustainable production. For Baìge the Label, sustainability is not only a matter of course, but it is an inner need for them to produce ethical and fair fashion. They make all decisions in such a way that they choose the most sustainable option. Since they are still at the very beginning, they are constantly working on optimising the production process. 

For Baìge the Label, the main focus is on avoiding overproduction, which is why they concentrate on a few materials that can be used in many styles. For their first two drops, they chose a certified organic cotton fabric with elastane. They also like to use undyed fabrics in their designs whenever possible.
