Our Del Carmen textured twisted hoops were inspired by the beautiful and detailed garments worn by our collection muse Frida Kahlo. Never one to bore us in her fashion style, the attention to detail through the clothing and accessories worn by Frida Kahlo, as depicted through her self-portrait artworks is something to write home about. From hair braids woven with lively flowers to hand carved leather belts to layers of jewellery through to her embroidered boots. Much like the artwork of her style, our Del Carmen Hoops earrings literally took weeks to carve to perfection, much like the styling and beautiful artworks of Frida Kahlo herself. Designed for decades of dancing, stylish soirees and a pair to add to the treasure trove, we welcome you to add our very special Del Carmen hoops to adorn your lobes and take a slice of Frida with you on your daily adventures.

THAT RECYCLED STERLING SILVER YOU’VE HEARD SO MUCH ABOUT
Their jewellery is lovingly crafted from certified recycled sterling silver, processed in Thailand from scrap metal, old computer parts and forgotten jewellery. They also recycle any old stock and faulty pieces into new designs.
Many moons ago the founder Rosie heard the first time about the possibility of dying apparel with nothing more than plants. It’s an age-old process. Three types of leaves are picked, dried in huge scale roasters before being crushed into tiny granules and mixed with water. These primary hues are then mixed together to form unique shades - entirely toxic-free. Their clothing collection is made from organic cotton and linen. The production of flax (linen) and organic cotton requires considerably less water and chemicals than traditional cotton.
