We took everyone’s fav turtleneck, Austėja, and made her just a little bit more grown-up. Austė is her sleek big sister, offering a more sophisticated fit without side splits. Crafted from merino wool for unbeatable warmth through winter, this piece features an understated front stitch in charcoal that pairs perfectly with other items in our collection. Drape Preila Cardigan over the top for a sharp combo, or pair it with our Rib Lounge Pants for a put-together look, or tuck it into jeans for a sleek outfit.

For the knit, we handpicked only the coziest, cashmere-like 100% Merino wool, proudly certified as cruelty-free. No microplastics, no harmful chemicals—just pure, snug goodness. We source our Merino wool from Italy, where it's spun and dyed in-house by our Italian suppliers.

There are millions of garment workers around the world. Roughly 85% of them are women. Many of them face inhumane working conditions and earn below a living wage. However, the three founders wanted to create something that made you feel good wearing it. Each purchase empowers craftswomen, mostly stay-at-home moms in rural areas of Lithuania. The majority of them live in villages where jobs are extremely scarce.

The Knotty Ones only sources the softest 100% natural fibres inspired by local Northern traditions such as Alpaca wool, Merino wool and 100% Oeko-Tex certified extra stretch cotton, ensuring that it is soft and non-toxic for your skin while wearing.
Depending on how complex your garment is, it takes at least two to four full days for an artisan to make just one knit. In that sense, each product has its own individual story.
